TEACHING OF GOSPEL
TEACHING OF FAITH
SPIRITUAL SALVATION'S
MESSAGE OF GOD
"EQUAL JUSTICE AND RIGHTEOUSNESS"
"TEACHINGS ON FACING SINNERS"

John
Chapter 16:4-15
Jesus’ Departure; Coming of the Advocate

I did not tell you this from the beginning, because I was with you.

5But now I am going to the one who sent me, and not one of you asks me, ‘Where are you going?’

6But because I told you this, grief has filled your hearts.

7But I tell you the truth, it is better for you that I go. For if I do not go, the Advocate will not come to you. But if I go, I will send him to you.

8 And when he comes he will convict the world in regard to sin and righteousness and condemnation:

9sin, because they do not believe in me;

10righteousness, because I am going to the Father and you will no longer see me;

11condemnation, because the ruler of this world has been condemned.

12 I have much more to tell you, but you cannot bear it now.

13 But when he comes, the Spirit of truth, he will guide you to all truth. He will not speak on his own, but he will speak what he hears, and will declare to you the things that are coming.

14He will glorify me, because he will take from what is mine and declare it to you.

15Everything that the Father has is mine; for this reason I told you that he will take from what is mine and declare it to you.

Mark
Chapter 7
The Tradition of the Elders

14 He summoned the crowd again and said to them, “Hear me, all of you, and understand.

15Nothing that enters one from outside can defile that person; but the things that come out from within are what defile.” [16]

17 When he got home away from the crowd his disciples questioned him about the parable.

18He said to them, “Are even you likewise without understanding? Do you not realize that everything that goes into a person from outside cannot defile,

19 since it enters not the heart but the stomach and passes out into the latrine?” (Thus he declared all foods clean.)

20“But what comes out of a person, that is what defiles.

21 From within people, from their hearts, come evil thoughts, unchastity, theft, murder,

22adultery, greed, malice, deceit, licentiousness, envy, blasphemy, arrogance, folly.

23All these evils come from within and they defile.”

1 John
Chapter 5:13-21
Prayer for Sinners

13I write these things to you so that you may know that you have eternal life, you who believe in the name of the Son of God.

14And we have this confidence in him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.

15And if we know that he hears us in regard to whatever we ask, we know that what we have asked him for is ours.

16If anyone sees his brother sinning, if the sin is not deadly, he should pray to God and he will give him life. This is only for those whose sin is not deadly. There is such a thing as deadly sin, about which I do not say that you should pray.

17All wrongdoing is sin, but there is sin that is not deadly.

18We know that no one begotten by God sins; but the one begotten by God he protects, and the evil one cannot touch him.

19We know that we belong to God, and the whole world is under the power of the evil one.

20We also know that the Son of God has come and has given us discernment to know the one who is true. And we are in the one who is true, in his Son Jesus Christ. He is the true God and eternal life.

21Children, be on your guard against idols.

Romans
Chapter 5:1-11
Faith, Hope, and Love

1Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,

2through whom we have gained access [by faith] to this grace in which we stand, and we boast in hope of the glory of God.

3Not only that, but we even boast of our afflictions, knowing that affliction produces endurance,

4and endurance, proven character, and proven character, hope,

5and hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out into our hearts through the holy Spirit that has been given to us.

6For Christ, while we were still helpless, yet died at the appointed time for the ungodly.

7Indeed, only with difficulty does one die for a just person, though perhaps for a good person one might even find courage to die.

8But God proves his love for us in that while we were still sinners Christ died for us.

9How much more then, since we are now justified by his blood, will we be saved through him from the wrath.

10Indeed, if, while we were enemies, we were reconciled to God through the death of his Son, how much more, once reconciled, will we be saved by his life.

11Not only that, but we also boast of God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received reconciliation.

James

Chapter 4:1-12
Causes of Division

1Where do the wars and where do the conflicts among you come from? Is it not from your passions that make war within your members?

2You covet but do not possess. You kill and envy but you cannot obtain; you fight and wage war. You do not possess because you do not ask.

3You ask but do not receive, because you ask wrongly, to spend it on your passions.

4Adulterers! Do you not know that to be a lover of the world means enmity with God? Therefore, whoever wants to be a lover of the world makes himself an enemy of God.

5Or do you suppose that the scripture speaks without meaning when it says, “The spirit that he has made to dwell in us tends toward jealousy”?

6But he bestows a greater grace; therefore, it says:
“God resists the proud,
but gives grace to the humble.”

7So submit yourselves to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

8Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you of two minds.

9Begin to lament, to mourn, to weep. Let your laughter be turned into mourning and your joy into dejection.

10Humble yourselves before the Lord and he will exalt you.

11Do not speak evil of one another, brothers. Whoever speaks evil of a brother or judges his brother speaks evil of the law and judges the law. If you judge the law, you are not a doer of the law but a judge.

12There is one lawgiver and judge who is able to save or to destroy. Who then are you to judge your neighbor?

1 Peter
Chapter 3:8-12
Christian Conduct

8Finally, all of you, be of one mind, sympathetic, loving toward one another, compassionate, humble.

9Do not return evil for evil, or insult for insult; but, on the contrary, a blessing, because to this you were called, that you might inherit a blessing.

10For:
“Whoever would love life
and see good days
must keep the tongue from evil
and the lips from speaking deceit,

11must turn from evil and do good,
seek peace and follow after it.

12For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous
and his ears turned to their prayer,
but the face of the Lord is against evildoers.”

Prayer for Divine Help

1For the leader; of David. For remembrance.

2Graciously rescue me, God!
Come quickly to help me, LORD!

3Let those who seek my life
be confused and put to shame.
Let those who desire my ruin
turn back in disgrace.

4Let those who say “Aha!”
turn back in their shame.

5But may all who seek you
rejoice and be glad in you,
Those who long for your help
always say, “God be glorified!”

6I am miserable and poor.
God, come to me quickly!
You are my help and deliverer.
LORD, do not delay!

EFESO 4:17-18  5:15-17 HEBREWS 4"7
