With the words of the Blessed Virgin Mary to Sr. Lucia in Fatima as the theme, “My Immaculate Heart will be your Refuge,” the International Director of the Marian Movement of Priests, Fr. Laurent Larroque will be the resource speaker for the conference, which will be held at the San Pedro Cathedral.
Fr. Larroque is visiting the Philippines from September 21 to October 5.
“I highly encourage you to attend the said Conference,” Archbishop of Davao Romulo G. Valles writes in his circular addressed to all priests, superiors of religious congregations, members of the Archdiocesan Council of the Lay Apostolates and Integrated Movements (ACLAIM), and all the faithful of the archdiocese.
The activity will begin with a Grand Cenacle at 3:00 p.m., Eucharistic celebration and launching of the Rosary Month at 4:30 p.m., dinner and a conference with bishops and priests will follow at the San Pedro Cathedral Conference Hall.
“May our Blessed Mother Mary wrap her mantle around us and through her intercession strengthen us for our ministry during this difficult and critical time of our history,” the Archbishop ends his letter. (John Frances C. Fuentes)
