The Compassion of Jesus Matthew Chapter 9:25-38
"Higit sa lahat, pagsumakitan ninyong pagharian kayo ng Diyos, at ipagkakaloob niya ang kinakailangan ninyo." Luke 12:31
38so ask the master of the harvest to send out laborers for his harvest.”
30
Great crowds came to him, having with them the lame, the blind, the
deformed, the mute, and many others. They placed them at his feet, and
he cured them.
31The crowds were amazed when they saw the mute speaking, the deformed made whole, the lame walking, and the blind able to see, and they glorified the God of Israel.
Matthew
Chapter 9:1-7
1 He entered a boat, made the crossing, and came into his own town.
2And there people brought to him a paralytic lying on a stretcher. When Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralytic, “Courage, child, your sins are forgiven.”
3At that, some of the scribes said to themselves, “This man is blaspheming.”
4Jesus knew what they were thinking, and said, “Why do you harbor evil thoughts?
5Which is easier, to say, ‘Your sins are forgiven,’ or to say, ‘Rise and walk’?
6 But that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins”—he then said to the paralytic, “Rise, pick up your stretcher, and go home.”
7He rose and went home.
8 When the crowds saw this they were struck with awe and glorified God who had given such authority to human beings.
33The disciples said to him, “Where could we ever get enough bread in this deserted place to satisfy such a crowd?”
34Jesus said to them, “How many loaves do you have?” “Seven,” they replied, “and a few fish.”
35He ordered the crowd to sit down on the ground.
36Then he took the seven loaves and the fish, gave thanks, broke the loaves, and gave them to the disciples, who in turn gave them to the crowds.
37 They all ate and were satisfied. They picked up the fragments left over—seven baskets full.
38Those who ate were four thousand men, not counting women and children.
39And when he had dismissed the crowds, he got into the boat and came to the district of Magadan.
Luke
Chapter 12:22-34
Dependence on God
23For life is more than food and the body more than clothing.
24Notice the ravens: they do not sow or reap; they have neither storehouse nor barn, yet God feeds them. How much more important are you than birds!
25Can any of you by worrying add a moment to your life-span?
26If even the smallest things are beyond your control, why are you anxious about the rest?
27Notice how the flowers grow. They do not toil or spin. But I tell you, not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of them.
28If God so clothes the grass in the field that grows today and is thrown into the oven tomorrow, will he not much more provide for you, O you of little faith?
29As for you, do not seek what you are to eat and what you are to drink, and do not worry anymore.
30All the nations of the world seek for these things, and your Father knows that you need them.
31Instead, seek his kingdom, and these other things will be given you besides.
32Do not be afraid any longer, little flock, for your Father is pleased to give you the kingdom.
33Sell your belongings and give alms. Provide money bags for yourselves that do not wear out, an inexhaustible treasure in heaven that no thief can reach nor moth destroy.
34For where your treasure is, there also will your heart be.

Chapter 9:25-38
The Compassion of Jesus
35 Jesus went around to all the towns and villages, teaching in their
synagogues, proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom, and curing every
disease and illness.
36 At the sight of the crowds, his heart was moved with pity for them because they were troubled and abandoned, like sheep without a shepherd.
37 Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is abundant but the laborers are few;
38so ask the master of the harvest to send out laborers for his harvest.”

The Feeding of the Four Thousand
32
Jesus summoned his disciples and said, “My heart is moved with pity for
the crowd, for they have been with me now for three days and have
nothing to eat. I do not want to send them away hungry, for fear they
may collapse on the way.” 33The disciples said to him, “Where could we ever get enough bread in this deserted place to satisfy such a crowd?”

Chapter 41
Thanks Giving After Sickness
1For the leader. A psalm of David.
2Blessed the one concerned for the poor;
on a day of misfortune, the LORD delivers him.
3The LORD keeps and preserves him,
makes him blessed in the land,
and does not betray him to his enemies.
4The LORD sustains him on his sickbed,
you turn down his bedding whenever he is ill.
2Blessed the one concerned for the poor;
on a day of misfortune, the LORD delivers him.
3The LORD keeps and preserves him,
makes him blessed in the land,
and does not betray him to his enemies.
4The LORD sustains him on his sickbed,

EFESO 4:17-18 5:15-17 HEBREWS 4"7
17Sa
