TEACHING OF GOSPEL
TEACHING OF FAITH
SPIRITUAL SALVATION'S
MESSAGE OF GOD
"MAGPAKATATAG HANGGANG WAKAS"

"Napakahirap ng kalagayan ng daigdig dahil sa mga sanhi ng pagkakasala ng tao! Hindi mawawala kailanman antg mga sanhi ng pagkakasala, ngunit nakapangingilabot ang sasapitin ng taong pinanggagalingan nito!" Matthew 18:7

"At dapat kayong magpakatatag hanggang wakas upang kayo'y maging ganap at walang pagkukulang" James 1:4

Mark 10:44

Matthew
Chapter 18:6-13
Temptations to Sin

6 “Whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him to have a great millstone hung around his neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea.

7 Woe to the world because of things that cause sin! Such things must come, but woe to the one through whom they come!

8 If your hand or foot causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to enter into life maimed or crippled than with two hands or two feet to be thrown into eternal fire.

9And if your eye causes you to sin, tear it out and throw it away. It is better for you to enter into life with one eye than with two eyes to be thrown into fiery Gehenna.

James
Chapter 1:2-11
Perseverance in Trial

2 Consider it all joy, my brothers, when you encounter various trials,

3for you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance.

4And let perseverance be perfect, so that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.

5But if any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God who gives to all generously and ungrudgingly, and he will be given it.

6But he should ask in faith, not doubting, for the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea that is driven and tossed about by the wind.

7For that person must not suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord,

8since he is a man of two minds, unstable in all his ways.

9The brother in lowly circumstances should take pride in his high standing,

10and the rich one in his lowliness, for he will pass away “like the flower of the field.

11For the sun comes up with its scorching heat and dries up the grass, its flower droops, and the beauty of its appearance vanishes. So will the rich person fade away in the midst of his pursuits.

James
Chapter 1:12-18
Temptation

12 Blessed is the man who perseveres in temptation, for when he has been proved he will receive the crown of life that he promised to those who love him.

13 No one experiencing temptation should say, “I am being tempted by God”; for God is not subject to temptation to evil, and he himself tempts no one.

14Rather, each person is tempted when he is lured and enticed by his own desire.

15Then desire conceives and brings forth sin, and when sin reaches maturity it gives birth to death.

16 Do not be deceived, my beloved brothers:

17all good giving and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no alteration or shadow caused by change.

18 He willed to give us birth by the word of truth that we may be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.

1 Peter
Chapter 2:11-25
Christian Slaves

18 Slaves, be subject to your masters with all reverence, not only to those who are good and equitable but also to those who are perverse.

19For whenever anyone bears the pain of unjust suffering because of consciousness of God, that is a grace.

20But what credit is there if you are patient when beaten for doing wrong? But if you are patient when you suffer for doing what is good, this is a grace before God.

21For to this you have been called, because Christ also suffered for you, leaving you an example that you should follow in his footsteps.

22“He committed no sin,
and no deceit was found in his mouth.

23When he was insulted, he returned no insult; when he suffered, he did not threaten; instead, he handed himself over to the one who judges justly.

24He himself bore our sins in his body upon the cross, so that, free from sin, we might live for righteousness. By his wounds you have been healed.

25For you had gone astray like sheep, but you have now returned to the shepherd and guardian of your souls.

[2:1–3] Growth toward salvation is seen here as two steps: first, stripping away all that is contrary to the new life in Christ; second, the nourishment (pure spiritual milk) that the newly baptized have received.

Titus
Chapter 2:11-15

Transformation of Life

11 For the grace of God has appeared, saving all

12and training us to reject godless ways and worldly desires and to live temperately, justly, and devoutly in this age,

13as we await the blessed hope, the appearance of the glory of the great God and of our savior Jesus Christ,

14who gave himself for us to deliver us from all lawlessness and to cleanse for himself a people as his own, eager to do what is good.

15Say these things. Exhort and correct with all authority. Let no one look down on you.

Romans
Chapter 6:1-23
Freedom from Sin; Life in God

1 What then shall we say? Shall we persist in sin that grace may abound? Of course not!

2How can we who died to sin yet live in it?

3Or are you unaware that we who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death?

4We were indeed buried with him through baptism into death, so that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might live in newness of life.

5For if we have grown into union with him through a death like his, we shall also be united with him in the resurrection.

6We know that our old self was crucified with him, so that our sinful body might be done away with, that we might no longer be in slavery to sin.

7For a dead person has been absolved from sin.

8If, then, we have died with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him.

9We know that Christ, raised from the dead, dies no more; death no longer has power over him.

10As to his death, he died to sin once and for all; as to his life, he lives for God.

11Consequently, you too must think of yourselves as [being] dead to sin and living for God in Christ Jesus.

12 Therefore, sin must not reign over your mortal bodies so that you obey their desires.

13And do not present the parts of your bodies to sin as weapons for wickedness, but present yourselves to God as raised from the dead to life and the parts of your bodies to God as weapons for righteousness.

14For sin is not to have any power over you, since you are not under the law but under grace.

15What then? Shall we sin because we are not under the law but under grace? Of course not!

16Do you not know that if you present yourselves to someone as obedient slaves, you are slaves of the one you obey, either of sin, which leads to death, or of obedience, which leads to righteousness?

17But thanks be to God that, although you were once slaves of sin, you have become obedient from the heart to the pattern of teaching to which you were entrusted.

18Freed from sin, you have become slaves of righteousness.

19I am speaking in human terms because of the weakness of your nature. For just as you presented the parts of your bodies as slaves to impurity and to lawlessness for lawlessness, so now present them as slaves to righteousness for sanctification.

20 For when you were slaves of sin, you were free from righteousness.

21But what profit did you get then from the things of which you are now ashamed? For the end of those things is death.

22But now that you have been freed from sin and have become slaves of God, the benefit that you have leads to sanctification, and its end is eternal life.

23For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Mark
Chapter 10:35-45
Ambition of James and John

35 Then James and John, the sons of Zebedee, came to him and said to him, “Teacher, we want you to do for us whatever we ask of you.

36He replied, “What do you wish [me] to do for you?”

37They answered him, “Grant that in your glory we may sit one at your right and the other at your left.”

38 Jesus said to them, “You do not know what you are asking. Can you drink the cup that I drink or be baptized with the baptism with which I am baptized?”

39They said to him, “We can.” Jesus said to them, “The cup that I drink, you will drink, and with the baptism with which I am baptized, you will be baptized;

40but to sit at my right or at my left is not mine to give but is for those for whom it has been prepared.”

41When the ten heard this, they became indignant at James and John.

42 Jesus summoned them and said to them, “You know that those who are recognized as rulers over the Gentiles lord it over them, and their great ones make their authority over them felt.

43But it shall not be so among you. Rather, whoever wishes to be great among you will be your servant;

44whoever wishes to be first among you will be the slave of all.

45For the Son of Man did not come to be served but to serve and to give his life as a ransom for many.”

A Prayer to God the Law Giver

Aleph

1Blessed those whose way is blameless,
who walk by the law of the LORD.

2Blessed those who keep his testimonies,
who seek him with all their heart.

3They do no wrong;
they walk in his ways.

4You have given them the command
to observe your precepts with care.

5May my ways be firm
in the observance of your statutes!

6Then I will not be ashamed
to ponder all your commandments.

7I will praise you with sincere heart
as I study your righteous judgments.

8I will observe your statutes;
do not leave me all alone.

EFESO 4:17-18  5:15-17 HEBREWS 4"7
