MESSAGE OF GOD
"GOD'S KINGSHIP AND
FACING EVILNESS"

Matthew
Chapter 12:22-32
Jesus and Beelzebul
Jesus and Beelzebul
22 Then they brought to him a demoniac who was blind and mute. He cured the mute person so that he could speak and see.
23 All the crowd was astounded, and said, “Could this perhaps be the Son of David?”
24
But when the Pharisees heard this, they said, “This man drives out
demons only by the power of Beelzebul, the prince of demons.”
25
But he knew what they were thinking and said to them, “Every kingdom
divided against itself will be laid waste, and no town or house divided
against itself will stand.
26And if Satan drives out Satan, he is divided against himself; how, then, will his kingdom stand?
27And if I drive out demons by Beelzebul, by whom do your own people* drive them out? Therefore they will be your judges.
28 But if it is by the Spirit of God that I drive out demons, then the kingdom of God has come upon you.
29
How can anyone enter a strong man’s house and steal his property,
unless he first ties up the strong man? Then he can plunder his house.
30 Whoever is not with me is against me, and whoever does not gather with me scatters.
31Therefore, I say to you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven people, but blasphemy against the Spirit* will not be forgiven.
32And whoever speaks a word
against the Son of Man will be forgiven; but whoever speaks against the
holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in this age or in the age to
come.
Matthew
Chapter 12:33-37
A Tree and Its Fruits
33 “Either declare* the tree good and its fruit is good, or declare the tree rotten and its fruit is rotten, for a tree is known by its fruit.
34 You brood of vipers, how can you say good things when you are evil? For from the fullness of the heart the mouth speaks.
35A good person brings forth good out of a store of goodness, but an evil person brings forth evil out of a store of evil.
36 I tell you, on the day of judgment people will render an account for every careless word they speak.
37By your words you will be acquitted, and by your words you will be condemned.”
Matthew
Chapter 7:1-5 Judging Others
1 Stop judging,* that you may not be judged.
2For as you judge, so will you be judged, and the measure with which you measure will be measured out to you.
3Why do you notice the splinter in your brother’s eye, but do not perceive the wooden beam in your own eye?
4How can you say to your brother, ‘Let me remove that splinter from your eye,’ while the wooden beam is in your eye?
5You
hypocrite, remove the wooden beam from your eye first; then you will
see clearly to remove the splinter from your brother’s eye.
Matthew
Chapter 7:12
The Golden Rule
12 “Do to others whatever you would have them do to you.i This is the law and the prophets.
Romans
Chapter 2:1-11 God’s Just Judgment
1
Therefore, you are without excuse, every one of you who passes
judgment. For by the standard by which you judge another you condemn
yourself, since you, the judge, do the very same things.
2We know that the judgment of God on those who do such things is true.
3Do you suppose, then,
you who judge those who engage in such things and yet do them yourself,
that you will escape the judgment of God?
4Or do you hold his
priceless kindness, forbearance, and patience in low esteem, unaware
that the kindness of God would lead you to repentance?
5By
your stubbornness and impenitent heart, you are storing up wrath for
yourself for the day of wrath and revelation of the just judgment of
God,
6 who will repay everyone according to his works:
7eternal life to those who seek glory, honor, and immortality through perseverance in good works,
8but wrath and fury to those who selfishly disobey the truth and obey wickedness.
9Yes, affliction and distress will come upon every human being who does evil, Jew first and then Greek.
11 There is no partiality with God.
Romans
Chapter 12:9-21
Mutual Love
Mutual Love
9Let love be sincere; hate what is evil, hold on to what is good;
10love one another with mutual affection; anticipate one another in showing honor.
11Do not grow slack in zeal, be fervent in spirit, serve the Lord.
12Rejoice in hope, endure in affliction, persevere in prayer.
13Contribute to the needs of the holy ones, exercise hospitality.
14 Bless those who persecute [you], bless and do not curse them.
15Rejoice with those who rejoice, weep with those who weep.
16Have the same regard for one another; do not be haughty but associate with the lowly; do not be wise in your own estimation.
17Do not repay anyone evil for evil; be concerned for what is noble in the sight of all.
18If possible, on your part, live at peace with all.
19Beloved, do not look for
revenge but leave room for the wrath; for it is written, “Vengeance is
mine, I will repay, says the Lord.”
20Rather, “if your enemy is
hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink; for by
so doing you will heap burning coals upon his head.”
21Do not be conquered by evil but conquer evil with good.
2 Thessalonians
Chapter 2:1-17
Christ and the Lawless One
1We ask you, brothers, with regard to the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our assembling with him,
2not
to be shaken out of your minds suddenly, or to be alarmed either by a
“spirit,” or by an oral statement, or by a letter allegedly from us to
the effect that the day of the Lord is at hand.
3Let
no one deceive you in any way. For unless the apostasy comes first and
the lawless one is revealed, the one doomed to perdition,
4
who opposes and exalts himself above every so-called god and object of
worship, so as to seat himself in the temple of God, claiming that he is
a god
5do you not recall that while I was still with you I told you these things?
6And now you know what is restraining, that he may be revealed in his time.
7
For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work. But the one who
restrains is to do so only for the present, until he is removed from the
scene.
8And then the lawless one
will be revealed, whom the Lord [Jesus] will kill with the breath of his
mouth and render powerless by the manifestation of his coming,
9the one whose coming springs from the power of Satan in every mighty deed and in signs and wonders that lie,
10and in every wicked deceit
for those who are perishing because they have not accepted the love of
truth so that they may be saved.
11Therefore, God is sending them a deceiving power so that they may believe the lie,
12that all who have not believed the truth but have approved wrongdoing may be condemned.
13But we ought to give thanks to God for
you always, brothers loved by the Lord, because God chose you as the
firstfruits for salvation through sanctification by the Spirit and
belief in truth.
14To this end he has [also] called you through our gospel to possess the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
15Therefore, brothers, stand
firm and hold fast to the traditions that you were taught, either by an
oral statement or by a letter of ours.
16May our Lord Jesus Christ
himself and God our Father, who has loved us and given us everlasting
encouragement and good hope through his grace,
17encourage your hearts and strengthen them in every good deed and word.
2 Timothy
Chapter 2:1-13
Timothy’s Conduct
Timothy’s Conduct
1 So you, my child, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.
2And what you heard from me through many witnesses entrust to faithful people who will have the ability to teach others as well.
3Bear your share of hardship along with me like a good soldier of Christ Jesus.
4To satisfy the one who recruited him, a soldier does not become entangled in the business affairs of life.
5Similarly, an athlete cannot receive the winner’s crown except by competing according to the rules.
6The hardworking farmer ought to have the first share of the crop.
7Reflect on what I am saying, for the Lord will give you understanding in everything.
8 Remember Jesus Christ, raised from the dead, a descendant of David: such is my gospel,
9for which I am suffering, even to the point of chains, like a criminal. But the word of God is not chained.
10Therefore, I bear with
everything for the sake of those who are chosen, so that they too may
obtain the salvation that is in Christ Jesus, together with eternal
glory.
11This saying is trustworthy:
If we have died with him
we shall also live with him;
12if we persevere
we shall also reign with him.
But if we deny him
he will deny us.
13If we are unfaithful
he remains faithful,
for he cannot deny himself.

EFESO 4:17-18 5:15-17 HEBREWS 4"7
17Sa
